A3: which payment methods are accepted on pcvision.com?

Currently we accept google checkout and Paypal , if you have not have either its just so easy to sign up with these 2 market leaders, it seems that google check out is easier cause all you need to do is to choose a user name and password on the checkout page and then enter your card information, if you face any difficulty by payment please simply contact us and we will provide your desirable method of payment

 

A4:  What   will happen  after placing an order ?

You will receive an email from us shortly after placing your order, we will issue an invoice, with order number which you can update of your order status any time. After shipment tracking number will be emailed so you can track when you will receive your item, do not forget to subscribe on our newsletter so you will receive gift certificates, coupons and updates on technology regularly

 

              A5)   How can I cancel an order

  • An order is only considered to be cancelled when the cancellation request is confirmed by PC VISION in writing. PC VISION will always try to accommodate a cancellation request but can not guarantee that an already placed order can be cancelled. If the order can not be cancelled and the merchandise is no longer needed, it is best to refuse the shipment. Please keep in mind that there is a minimum $15.00 return processing fee and no credit of shipping charges on delivery refusals.

 

               A6)  what is  lowest price guaranteed on web ?

         We guarantee our price on web . if you find exact item we are selling on our web site cheaper in a reliable internet site ( a legitimate web site which sells it itself, not the promotional referring to other website ) we will beat it by 1%

B)    Shipping

 

B1 :  what shipping method PCVISION use ?

          We use UPS Ground for most of our shipment ,  if you’d prefer other methods of payment please inform us in advanced . we ship item for free for all 48 states , there is an extra shipping cost for Hawaii, Alaska . if you have any kind of question please contact us .

 

B2:  what if I want receive my item faster ?

        As stated our shipment method is  UPS ground, we can ship other methods upon  your request , like UPS overnight or 2 nights or any other method you would prefer, its obvious that shipping price will be different based on weight and your location .

B3:  what should I do if I stay outside of USA ?

    You should contact us first , before placing your order , we will check for any restriction and then will send you an invoice including shipping , but not including any custome fee for import in your country .  we are not sell or ship to countries which they are restricted by state department .

C1 :  What is  the return policy of PC VISION.COM?

         Actually we recommend to read carefully our return policy , but we have some short answer here. Generally we can accept return within 15 days of receiving your item, there is 15% restocking fee and the rest will be refunded unless some part missing or condition changed . client responsible for return shipment fee unless  item was defective on arrival .

PLEASENOTE THAT FOR ALL RETURNS YOU SHOULD CONTACT US  AND WE WILL SEND YOU RA (Return Authorisation ) NUMBER , THEN SEND YOU RETURN INSTRUCTION.

C2:   What should I do if receive my items defective ?

 Simply give us a call and we will send you a return shipping label , so you will send it back to us in original packaging

C3:  when and how I will get refund ?

After we receive item , it will be checked by our condition and your refund will be issued in 15

business days. If some parts were missing or item was physically damaged we will contact you to inform condition  , and refund you the new amount .
